| 摘 要： | 分析高校师生的维权意识和权利救济，认为高校师生权利救济的法律规定过于原则，不具有可操作性，救济渠道过分单一，且师生与高校发生法律纠纷大多难以寻求司法救济，因而有必要厘清高校的法律地位、高校与师生的法律关系，从而实现高校师生权利救济的法治化制度构建，推动我国高校的法治化制度建设。

| Abstract: | The controlling interface for bevel gear lapper is designed based on SINUMERIK 840D CNC system with the developing software OEM.SINUMERIK 840D CNC system provides the software OEM,and it includes the interface of VB and VC .Users can design the special interface with VB,make programs for the complicated counting according to the demand,establish the Language Dynamic Link Library with VC ,realize the integration of the interface and working method into SINUMERIK 840D CNC system.The compiling of the interface in the OEM is introduced. |
