| 摘 要： | 基于对国际上具有代表，眭的建筑环境性能评估系统（LEED，CASBEE，GBTool，BREEAM）的深入研究，提出对评估系统涉及的几个重要问题的一些看法。首先讨论了如何选择评估指标并进行分类以利于评估实践的推行，在此基础上，提出科学利用多种手段建立相应权重系统，最后，研究总结了服务于建筑师设计工作的评估系统应具有的特征。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of some well-known building environmental performance assessment systems in different countries, including LEED, CASBEE, GBTool, BREEAM, some key issues about building environmental performance assessment are discussed. Firstly, the method that chooses and organizes criteria to solve the contradiction between cost and benefit of green buildings is presented. Secondly, how to establish a weight coefficient system scientifically with different approaches is discussed here. Finally, the characters of the assessment system that could satisfy the need of architects are generalized, |
