摘    要:本文首次提出预先对硅微粉进行增韧处理来达到增韧环氧树脂的新思路,并根据断裂理论,采用循环脉冲载荷对增韧硅微粉/环氧树脂复合材料进行冲击性能试验。分析了微裂纹的形成与扩展,探讨增韧硅微粉对环氧树脂的增韧机理。

Abstract:A new idea about the toughening of epoxy resin using silica powder toughened by coating membrane was introduced in this paper. According to fracture theory,the toughened silica powder/epoxy resin composite was impinged with impinge test apparatus and the formation and spread of microcrack were analyzed. The toughening mechanism of epoxy resin using silica powder toughened by coating membrane was also discussed.
