开关电源全波整流输出结果的对比研究

摘    要:采用脉宽调制方波作为输入信号,对全桥和半桥驱动型开关电源的输出电压、效率和纹波系数都做了对比分析和研究。并研究了不同频率、占空比以及不同范围的负载电阻对两种工作电路的影响,分析了两种电路各自的优缺点。实验结果表明,半桥驱动型开关电源,在一定程度上限制了驱动电路的最大输出功率,因此在要求大功率输出时还要采用全桥驱动电路。而且全桥工作的效果也要比半桥好,稳定性更强,可为电路的设计提供一个参考。

Abstract:The pulse width modulation square wave for input signal is adopted. The output voltage and efficiency and ripple ratio of full-bridge and half-bridge driving switch power are contrast analyzed and studied. The affect of different frequency and pulse duralation ratio and load resistance for two working circuit is studied too. The advantage and disadvantage of the two circuit are analyzed. Experimental results show that the maximum output power for driver circuit is limited to a certain extent on half-bridge driver switching power supply. And circuit demanding high power output should adopt full-bridge driver circuit. The effect of full-bridge work is better than that of half-bridge, and more stability, a reference is provided for the design of the circuit.
