| Abstract: | This paper introduced the voice's on/off characteristics and how to draw the practical T N model on/off signals, voice data, etc. According to the specificity of hydrologic information transmission system, the author thinks that the voice plug in technique is fit for application in the hydrologic automatic minitor and warning system . |
