摘    要:底盘测功机是一种不解体检验摩托车性能的检测设备,通过在室内台架上进行模拟道路行驶工况来检测摩托车的动力性、工况排放指标和油耗等.采用PLC控制变频器来改变电力测功机励磁电流的大小,来达到改变模拟加载阻力的要求.基于虚拟仪器图形化编程软件LabVIEW平台,设计测功机测控系统进行实验数据采集处理并且控制道路模拟阻力加载.利用LabVIEW中MATLAB节点,设计模糊控制PID算法对系统的模拟摩擦力加载部分进行智能化控制,改善系统的控制性能.

Abstract:Chassis dynamometer, a kind of testing device used to test assembly motorcycle performance, can detect motorcycle parameters such as dynamic performance, exhaust point under operating condition, trip computer, and so on. PLC was used to control the transducer, change current of the dynamometer, so that it can change simulated load resistance. Based on the platform of virtual device-LabVIEW, a measurement ~ control system was designed for the dynamometer to acquisition and interpretation test data. By using of MATLAB node of LabVIEW, a self-adapting PID algorithm based on fuzzy control was adopted to auto control loading friction of the chassis dynamometer to improve control performance.
