稳定汽油饱和蒸汽压的先进控制

摘    要:针对催化裂化装置(FCCU)吸收稳定系统,稳定汽油饱和蒸汽压的先进控制进行分析。基于状态反馈预测控制,根据装置的操作运行情况,充分使用现有的测点,对稳定塔建立了用于实时控制的简化状态空间数学模型,以在线计算稳定汽油饱和蒸汽压作为被控变量,设计了稳定汽油饱和蒸汽压先进控制系统。使用实测状态变量反馈和计算换热量前馈的方法,减弱主分馏塔对稳定塔控制的影响,提高了控制系统抑制干扰能力,改善了控制系统的鲁棒性。全部控制功能在DCS层实现,在多套实际装置上实施运行表明,系统控制效果较好。

Abstract:Advanced process control on Raid vapor pressure of a stabilizer in FCCU (Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit)is studied in detail.Based on the state space variable feedback model predictive control(SPC),by using the sensors which the plant already had considerably,the simplified state space model is given for the plant implementation.As a controlled variable,the Raid vapor pressure is computed on line by suing process variables.The advanced process control system is designed for the Raid vapor process control.The exchange heat is calculated for feed forward controlinordertoreducethemainfractionatorinteractionanddisturbancetothestabilizer.Itisimprovedforthecontrol systemdisturbancerejectionabilityandrobustness .Thecontrolsystemisimplementedforseveralstabilizervapor pressurecontrolofFCCUinaDCS (DistributeControlSystem)layer.Theplantdatashowsboththeimplementation resultandthecontrolperformanceareverygood .
