2K-V型摆线针轮减速器的动态回转传动误差分析

摘    要:利用Pro/E创建参数化实体模型,导入ADAMS建立2K-V型摆线针轮减速器的虚拟样机.通过多刚体动力学仿真分析,获得转角误差曲线,并对比分析摆线轮修形造成的径向间隙等因素对传动精度的影响情况.为深入研究精密齿轮传动系统的动态传动精度,探索精密齿轮传动系统传动精度主动控制的方法和新传动结构设计提供了有效方法.

Abstract:The virtual prototype of 2K-V cycloidal-pin wheel planetary gear speed reducer is modeled by using parameterized models created with Pro/E and then are imported to ADAMS.The rotational angle error curves are obtained by multi-body dynamical simulation and the influence of radial clearances come from the profile modification of cycloid gear on the transmission accuracy are compared and analyzed.The investigation of this paper provides a useful approach for the further study of dynamical transmission accuracy...
