基于ANSYS的叶片式液压加载器的有限元分析

摘    要:简要地阐述了叶片式液压加载器的工作原理,利用三维软件Pro/E建立加载器的简化模型叶片轴与叶片总成,分别导入有限元分析软件ANSYS进行网格划分,对叶片轴与叶片总成进行有限元分析得出等效应力和变形矢量总和,最后对它们进行校核,为叶片式液压加载器的实际应用和后期设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The operating principle of the vane-type hydraulic loader is briefly introduced.By using 3D software Pro/E,the simplified model of loader vane shaft and vane assemblage is established,and is imported FEA software ANSYS to divide mesh separately.The equivalent stress and deformation vector summation are obtained by FEA for vane shaft and vane assemblage.At last,the result are checked,and the theoretical basis for the practical application of vane-type hydraulic loader and design is provided.
