摘    要:针对传统的弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机挂轮选取计算精度差、效率低问题,从铣齿工作原理入手,分析了挂轮选取要求,研究了挂轮优化选取算法,并基于VC++6.0开发了智能挂轮选取软件,软件比传统计算方法精度、效率都较高.该方法同样适用于滚齿机和其他需要精确传动比的机床进行挂轮选取优化.
