| 摘 要： | 高职院校在人才培养过程中遇到了很多新的问题,文章基于行业需求的视角,针对旅游类高职层次院校的专业特点,阐述适合高职院校人才培养的新模式,提出了"以证助学、以赛促学、工学结合、以研提教"的"四路径"动态人才培养创新模式,并阐述了创新培养模式的具体实施途径。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges have been afflicted with new problems in their educational programs. This paper,based on industry demand and targeting vocational colleges,explores a new mode of education called Four Routes: motivating learning with competitions,supplementing teaching with certificate tests,promoting teaching with academic research and strengthening cooperation between school programs and businesses. |
