海洋平台海水换热器腐蚀防护现状与趋势

摘    要:针对海洋平台海水换热器的腐蚀问题进行深入研究,分析了各种腐蚀机理,给出了腐蚀防护的几种措施,通过分析得出,电化学腐蚀和应力腐蚀是导致海洋平台换热器的主要的腐蚀类型,并提出了针对电化学腐蚀和应力腐蚀的研究方向和解决方案。

Abstract:Based on the offshore platform seawater heat exchanger,the corrosion problems were studied.Various corrosion mechanism was analysed,and some measures of anti-corrosion were given.Through the analysis,a conclusion was drawn that electrochemical corrosion and stress corrosion was the main cause of heat exchanger corrosion type.At the same time,the research direction and solutions against electrochemical corrosion and stress corrosion were put forward.
