液压挖掘机工作装置电液比例控制模型的建立与研究

摘    要:为实现对液压挖掘机工作装置的精确控制,在分析电液比例模型结构特点的基础上,建立电液比例数学模型并对其时域和频域性能指标进行分析。由于系统响应速度较慢,在调节控制系统增益后,加入了PID控制算法,通过试验确定法确定仿真控制参数,进而分析系统性能的改进程度;为了验证控制算法的合理性以及控制参数的正确性,通过基于PID控制算法的挖掘机轨迹规划试验,验证系统控制效果,证明理论分析方法对实际应用的指导意义。
