摘    要:应用高效液相色谱对红花大金元青筋黄片(微带青烟叶)和正常烟叶(橘黄烟叶)中的质体色素(叶黄素和β-胡萝卜素)含量进行测定,研究青筋黄片烟叶中质体色素在自然陈化过程中的变化。结果显示:随着陈化时间的延长,青筋黄片和正常烟叶的质体色素含量均明显下降;青筋黄片烟叶的质体色素含量变化比正常烟叶快;青筋黄片上部烟叶的质体色素含量、中部烟叶的β-胡萝卜素含量趋近于正常烟叶;评吸质量稳步提升并趋近于正常烟叶水平。表明青筋黄片烟叶在陈化期间质体色素降解生成香味物质量较多,陈化有利于青筋黄片烟叶品质提高。

Abstract:Tobacco leaf plastid pigments extracted with acetone from "Hongda" were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Changes in greenish and orange flue-cured tobacco leaves during 24- month aging were investigated. Results showed that the content of lutein, β-carotene, and their total content in the greenish and orange flue-cured tobacco leaves decreased during aging, and the decrease of these plastid pigments content in the greenish tobacco leaves was faster than that in the orange tobacco leaves. Plastid pigment content in greenish tobacco leaves approximated gradually to those in the orange tobacco leaves. These changes showed that "Hongda" greenish tobacco leaf plastid pigments degraded to form more content of aroma compounds during aging, and the quality was improved and hence more like normal tobacco leaves. This was further confirmed by sensory evaluation.
