摘    要:采用自主开发的BOPP薄膜专用多功能改性母料,研制生产了香烟包装用高性能BOPP薄膜,从薄膜的厚度均匀性、力学性能、热收缩性能、摩擦性能、光学性能以及使用特性方面进行了分析,结果表明新开发的BOPP薄膜的各项性能指标均有较大的改进,特别具有较高的热收缩率、较低的摩擦系数和较好的光学性能,在烟厂的批量使用证明了该产品的质量控制指标和使用性能的稳定性.

Abstract:A kind of high-performance Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film was developed and produced for cigarette packaging with the multi-functional modifying master-batch for BOPP film developed by us.Several aspects such as thickness,mechanical properties,heat-shrinkable characters,coefficient of friction,optical properties and application were analyzed.It was proved that all properties of new BOPP film were improved especially in heat-shrinkable characters,coefficient of friction and optical properties.Its application in batch production in cigarette factories proved the quality stability of the products.
