摘    要:研究了界面处理方法、木屑尺寸、含量、基体树脂等因素对废弃木屑增强聚丙烯复合材料力学性能的影响。在木屑表面涂覆偶联剂KH-570及聚丙烯乳液、在基体中添加改性聚丙烯、或在木屑表面涂履KH-570和过氧化物引发剂得到的复合材料其力学性能有不同程度的提高。经适当界面处理的木屑与聚丙烯复合后,随着木屑含量的提高,材料的拉伸、弯曲性能明显提高,而冲击性能基本保持不变。采用熔体流动速度高的聚丙烯作为基体,制得的复合材料的拉伸、弯曲性能较好,但冲击韧性稍差。

Abstract:Influences of some factors such as the interfacial treatment, matrix resin, sawdust mesh size and content on mechanical properties of sawdust filled polypropylene were investigated. Different degrees of the enhancement in the mechanical properties of the composites were obtained, by various treatment methods such as coating the sawdust surface with the coupling agent KH-570 and polypropylene, adding modified polypropylene into matrix resin and coating sawduct surface with coupling agent KH-570 and peroxidate initiator, etc.. Tensile and flexural strength of the composites with proper interfacial treatment increased with increasing of sawdust content, whereas the impact strength had no considerable change. Moreover, the tensile and flexural strength were higher when using polypropylene with high melt index as matrix, but the impact toughness was lower.
