ABS增韧硬质聚氯乙烯的结构形态和增韧机理

摘    要:研究了ABS用量变化对改性硬质聚氯乙烯体系冲击性能的影响。用电子显微镜(SEM、TEM),观察了形态结构。结果发现,随ABS用量增加,增韧曲线呈“S”型,体系形态发生变化。PVC/ABS共混体系为半相容体系。试样拉伸时,ABS作为应力集中体分散于PVC连续相中,引发银纹,银纹对共混体系增韧具有重要作用。

Abstract:Effects of dosages of ABS on the impact strength of rigid PVC were studied.Morphological structure was observed by SEM and TEM. It was found that profile of touthening curve transformed to "S" shape with the increase of ABS contents, morphological structure changed. PVC/ABS blend was a partly compatible system.During tension,ABS dispersed in the continuous phase of PVC as the stress intensive body,thus originating streaks that played important role in toughoning the system.
