MAH—g—PP及偶联剂处理木粉填充PP的研究

摘    要:以松木粉对聚丙烯进行填充改性,比较了MAH-g-PP、铝酸酯和铝钛偶联剂三种表面处理剂对松木粉的处理效果,研究了木粉填充量以及NaOH溶液预处理对木粉填充改性PP性能的影响。

Abstract:Mechanical properties and processability of polypropylene (PP)filled with pine wood powder were studied. Effects of three suface treatment agents of MAH-g-PP, aluminate and aluminate-titanate on pine wood powder were compared. Influences of content of wood powder and sodium hydroxide pretreating on properties of the composite was also discussed.
