国内废杂铜制杆技术现状与发展

摘    要:由于国内铜资源极其贫乏和工业化水平不断提高,废杂铜再生利用技术日益受到重视。本文对国内废杂铜制杆技术现状、特点和存在的问题,引进的西班牙拉法格火法精炼制杆技术的工艺和设备及其应用现状、优势进行介绍,提出拉法格技术需要探讨的问题,并对国内废杂铜制杆技术的创新前景进行展望。

Status Quo and Development of the Technology of Making Copper Rod from Scrap Copper in China

Abstract:China is poor in copper resources whereas it has seen continuous development m industnahzation, theretore, more emphasis has been laid on scrap copper recycling technology. This paper introduces the status quo, characteristics and existing problems of making copper rod from scrap copper in China as well as the process, equipments, application status quo and advantages of introduced Spanish La Farga smelting technology, puts forward issues concerning La Farga technology for discussion and explores the prospects of innovation in making copper rod from scrap copper in China.
