摘    要:采用SEM、金相及能谱分析方法,通过力学性能测试,对25Cr2Mo1V钢在高温服役状态下的组织和性能进行了研究.结果表明:25Cr2Mo1V铜在长期高温下服役会形成黑色网状晶界,且晶界粗化及V、S元素在晶界处的偏聚,导致冲击韧性降低,产生脆化现象,造成其服役时间缩短.

Abstract:Based on the mechanical testing by means of SEM, metallographic examination and EDS analysis, this paper studied the microstructure and performance of 25 Cr2Mo1V steel under high-temperature service. The results showed that the black reticular grain boundary was formed with 25Cr2Mo1V steel under long-term elevated temperature service, and the grain-boundary coarsening and grain boundary segregation of V and S contributed to the reduction of impact ductility and caused embrittlement, which resulted in the shortening of its service time.
