铍青铜真空时效热处理的研究

摘    要:通过实验对比的方法,验证了铍青铜弹性元件在真空时效过程中.使用夹具和不使用夹具是否会对零件性能产生影响,运用炉子传热原理对试验结果加以分析.结果表明,铍青铜零件的真空热处理,要根据性能要求和零件的装夹方式对热处理工艺加以调整.

Abstract:Whether beryllium copper elastic component has influence on the performance of the parts during the vacuum aging with and without fixture Was verified by experimental contrast method.The test results were analyzed using heat transfer principle of stove.The results show that the vacuum aging heat treatment of beryllium copper Was changed according to the requirments of properties and place way ofparts.
