矿用提升机直推平移式弹簧闸的研究

摘    要:提出了矿用提升机直推平移式弹簧闸.对其结构进行了分析,并对技术参数进行了计算与测定.这种制动装置具有以下特点:(1)结构简化.传动环节减少.提高了安全可靠性;(2)空动时间缩短.灵敏度提高,传动效率大大提高;(3)同角移式为构比较,消除了闸块由于先后接触而产生的附加应力.产生的惯性也较小;(4)采用油缸和弹簧联控,实现用环运行,易于操作.6个月的工业运行试验显示了这些特点.

Abstract:The construction of the direct-push spring brake with paranel shift of mine winders have been analysed and its technological parameters have been calculated and tested. The brake has some advantages as following: (1) simpler construction,fewer transmission installarion and better reliability;(2) less anavailable operation time,higher sensitivity and greater efficiency intransmission; (3) Compared the direct-push brake with the angle-shift one,this brake can avoid the extra stress which caused by the connection of the brakes,thus,the inertia force becomes smaller; (4) A combination controlling with oil cylinder and spring brake in the properties Performances of the sir months have proved that a closed circulating and an easier operation can be provided by this brake System.
