| 摘 要： | 纱线毛羽直接影响产品质量。分析了各工序工艺条件、设备和器材状态、车间温湿度控制以及操作管理对毛羽形成的影响，提出了控制纱线毛羽的对策措施，认为减少毛羽是原料、工艺、设备、环境和管理水平改善的综合反映。

| Abstract: | Yarn hairiness directly lowers its product quality. In this article are analyzed the influences of the processing conditions in all the processes, the equipment and apparatus status, temperature and humidity control in the workshop and the operation and management on the formation of yarn hairiness with countermeasures to control yarn hairiness put forward. It holds that it is a combined effort of raw material, technology, equipment, environment and management to reduce yarn hairiness. |
