摘    要:经济全球化和社会知识化给传统人事管理模式提出了新的挑战。我国人事管理面对这种挑战当借鉴西方先进经验 ,人事部门当思考如何向开发与管理人力资源转变 :一是传统的人事管理模式向现代人力资源管理模式转变 ;二是从长期发展战略高度来认识和开发管理人力资源 ;三是培养具有中国特色又能与世界接轨的人力资源管理体制

Abstract:Traditional mode of personnel management is now being challenged by the globalization of economy and the intellectualization of society.Facing this challenge,personnel departments in China should adopt the following steps to realize the conversions from the traditional mode to the new system.Firstly,convert to modern development and management of human resources;Secondly,from the point of long-term developing strategy,understand the deveopment of human resources;Thirdly,train a new system with Chinese Characteristic,which can also be up to the world standard.
