摘    要:液氧后备汽化系统无法实现连续稳定的液氧汽化后外供,且现场的操作量大,安全可靠性低。为改变这一现状,对系统中的液氧泵、管道、阀门、控制系统以及附属设施进行了改造,调试后达到了预期效果。简介液氧后备汽化系统的运行现状,阐述改造方案和具体实施过程,最后总结了改造效果。

Abstract:The liquefied oxygen standby gasification system is impossible to realize continuous and stable supply after gasification of liquefied oxygen,and the site operation volume is high and the safety and reliability is low.In order to correct this status,the liquefied oxygen pump,pipeline,valve,control system and accessory facilities of the system are correspondingly reformed.After debugging,the predicted effects are realized.Here,the operation status of the liquefied oxygen standby gasification system is briefed,the reform scheme and implementation process are described,and the reform effects are summarized.
