延迟焦化分馏塔顶安全泄放量探讨

摘    要:以国外某270万t/a规模的延迟焦化装置主分馏塔为例,基于稳态模拟结果,分析了分馏塔塔顶安全阀泄放工况,并比较了几种分馏塔常用的泄放量计算方法的结果。按照API RP-521标准分析安全阀泄放(包括出口堵塞、全厂停电、局部停电、阀门误开、全厂停冷却水、全厂停仪表风、热膨胀、换热管破裂以及外部火灾等工况),经计算泄放量,确定最大泄放工况为全厂停电。全厂停电的计算方法通常有进料闪蒸法、塔顶气相总量法和热量平衡气化法3种,其中使用严格的热量平衡和物料平衡的热量平衡气化法法最为严谨和保守。

Abstract:Taking key fractionator of a 2 700kt/a delayed coker unit as an example and basing on the steady state simulation,the different calculation methods and results of relief load were analyzed and compared.Analyzing the relief load in accordance with API RP-521 standard shows that the plant's power failure can incur a maximal relief load,and the plant's power failure can be calculated with the method of feed flash,totaling of top gas and heat balance gasification,of which,the heat balance gasification method which based on rigorous heat and material balance is the most conservative.
