摘    要:介绍了采用控制爆破技术拆除16层和18层剪力墙筒体结构楼房的成功实例。两幢楼房呈纵向直线排列。由于环境限制,只能沿纵向倾倒。为了确保按预定方向倾倒并充分解体,采取了预切割分块和削弱结构强度等措施,并采用了"分片塌落、空中解体、三角立体延时"的爆破方案。此外,简述了保护古城墙的安全措施,并对爆破效果做了简要分析。

Abstract:This paper introduces the practical example of successfully demolishing 16- and 18-storeyed buildings with shear wall tube structure by controlled blasting. The two buildings are longitudinally arranged in a line. Because of restricted surroundings, longitudinal collapsing is only feasible. In order to ensure directional collapsing and full disintegrating of the two buildings, some technological measures such as pre-cut and weakened structural strength are taken and a blasting scheme of "piecewise collapsing, air disintegration and diagonal delay sequence" is adopted. In addition, the safety measures for protection of ancient city wall are outlined and the blasting results are briefly analyzed.
