沿空留巷中小煤柱支护机理及应用研究

摘    要:为了节约煤炭资源以及达到矿井安全高效生产的目的,决定采用沿空掘巷小煤柱护巷技术对综采工作面顶底板及两帮围岩进行控制,通过对沿空巷道围岩受力的分析以及小煤柱支护理论的研究和方案的实施,将试验段留设煤柱宽度确定为8 m。结果表明,采用全封闭式加强支护对于控制围岩变形、提高围岩承载能力具有显著效果。

Abstract:In order to save coal resources and achieve the purpose of safe and efficient production of the mine,it was decided to adopt the technology of small coal pillar driving along the goaf to control the roof and floor of the fully mechanized mining face and the surrounding rock of the two sides.Based on the analysis of the surrounding rock stress of the gob-side roadway and the research on the small coal pillar support theory and scheme implementation,the width of the coal pillar left in the test section was determined as 8 m.The results show that the fully enclosed strengthening support has a significant effect on controlling the deformation of surrounding rock and improving the bearing capacity of surrounding rock.
