聚酯纤维柔性网在工作面结采中的应用 |

摘 要: | 通过对煤矿综采工作面结采期间顶板支护的研究发现,采用传统锚(杆)索网支护工作面结采期间的顶板时,存在支护成本高、支护难度大、支护周期长等问题,因此,提出了采用聚酯纤维柔性网支护顶板。通过实际应用可知,与传统支护相比,将聚酯纤维柔性网应用于工作面结采顶板中,有效提高了顶板稳定性,降低了软岩煤层顶板蠕动变形速率,加快了工作面的结采速度,整个工作面结采过程中可减少支护成本费用达3.45×10^5元,具有显著推广意义。

Abstract: | Through the study of roof support in the period of coalescence mining in fully mechanized mining face of coal mine,it is found that when the traditional anchor(bar)cable net is used to support the roof in the period of coalescence mining in the working face,there are some problems such as high support cost,difficult support and long support period.Therefore,this paper proposed to adopt polyester flexible net to support the roof.It can be seen from the practical application that compared with the traditional support,the application of polyester flexible net in the roof of coalescence effectively improves the roof stability,reduces the creep deformation rate of the roof of soft rock coal seam,speeds up the coalescence mining of the working face,the cost of support can be reduced to 3.45×10^5 yuan in the whole process of coalescence mining,which is significant for popularization. |
