摘    要:介绍了湖南水口山有色金属集团有限公司第八冶炼厂制酸系统氟氯状况及危害。针对企业实际,采取源头把控原料质量、降低冶炼烟尘率、优化净化工艺指标、投加水玻璃除氟、加大稀酸外排量等措施固氟降氯。技术改造后,稀酸含氟质量浓度低于行业经验值0.3 g/L,稀酸含氯质量浓度接近行业经验值0.3 g/L,冶炼装置作业率大幅度提升。

Abstract:The status and harm of fluorine and chlorine in the sulphuric acid system of No.8 Smelter of Hunan Shuikoushan Nonferrous Metals Group Co.,Ltd.are introduced.According to the situation of the enterprise,measures are taken to control the quality of raw materials,reduce the smelting dust rate,optimize the purification process index,add water glass to remove fluorine,increase the discharge capacity of dilute acid and so on.After the technical transformation,the quality concentration of fluorine in dilute acid has been lower than the industry experience value of 0.3 g/L,the quality concentration of chlorine in dilute acid is close to the industry experience value of 0.3 g/L,and the operation rate of smelting plant has been greatly improved.
