露天煤矿排土场工程质量优化措施

为了提高露天煤矿排土场的工程质量,降低卡车轮胎损耗,避免排土场返工整改工程质量的困境。本文提出了露天煤矿排土场作业中存在的诸多弊端,从排土作业人员的工作方法及排弃的整体规划出发,提出了排土场管理的方法。经过实践应用,排土场工程质量得到改善,避免了迎接检查而集中整改排土场工程质量的难题,有效地降低了卡车的轮胎单耗。

Optimization Measures for the Engineering Quality of the Dumping Site in Opencast Coal Mine

In order to improve the engineering quality of the dumping site in opencast coal mine,reduce the tire loss of truck,and avoid the dilemma of reworking and reforming the engineering quality of the site,this paper puts forward many defects existing in the dump operation of opencast coal mine,starts from the working methods of the dumping workers and the overall planning of the dumping,the management method of the dumping site is offered.After practical application,the engineering quality of the dumping site has been greatly improved,the difficulty of centralized rectification of the engineering quality of the site to meet the inspection has been avoided,and the tire consumption of the truck has been effectively reduced.
