复杂条件近距离采空区下巷道掘进支护设计

摘    要:为了保证团柏煤矿101工作面回采巷道在近距离采空区下巷道掘进安全,提高巷道围岩稳定性,合理分析了顶板状态及支护条件特点,提出了“高预紧力高强锚杆+锚索钢梁系统支护”联合支护方案,并对其支护机理进行分析。通过实际应用效果观察,采取联合支护方案后101工作面回采巷道掘进过程中顶板下沉量控制在0.15 m以下,联合支护对顶板岩体起到了耦合支护效果。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of roadway driving and improve the stability of surrounding rock of 101 working face in Tuanbai Coal Mine,this paper analyzed the characteristics of roof state and supporting conditions reasonably,put forward a combined supporting scheme of"high pre-tightening force and high strength bolt+anchor cable steel beam system support",and analyzed its supporting mechanism.Through the observation of practical application effect,after adopting the combined supporting scheme,the roof subsidence in 101 working face is controlled below 0.15 m during the driving process,and the combined support has played a coupling support effect on the roof rock mass.
