矿区车辆冲洗系统优化和设计

摘    要:针对某矿区早期投运的车辆冲洗系统,在工艺系统设计、控制系统保护、自动控制等方面存在设计功能不完善的问题。对系统投运后出现的问题进行分析,实施了冲洗装置喷嘴安装角度调整、控制系统改造为PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)控制、设计了冲洗系统梯形图控制逻辑,增加了冲洗泵保护、储水箱水位报警、补水阀启停控制等功能。通过优化提高控制系统的可靠性,完善了车辆冲洗系统的功能,为同类型车辆冲洗装系统改造提供参考。

Optimization and Design of Vehicle Flushing System in Mining Area

Abstract:Aiming at the vehicle flushing system which was put into operation in the early stage of a mining area,there are some problems of imperfect design function in process system design,control system protection,automatic control and so on.Analysis of the problems after the system is put into operation,the installation angle adjustment of the nozzle of the flushing device is carried out,the control system is transformed into PLC(programmable logic controller)control,the ladder diagram control logic of the flushing system is designed,and the functions of flushing pump protection,water level alarm of water storage tank,start and stop control of water supply valve are added.The reliability of the control system is improved by optimization,and the function of the vehicle washing system is improved,provide reference for the same type of vehicle flushing system transformation.
