摘    要:搭建自动、连续测量线板静电除尘器收尘阳极板电流密度实验系统,利用MATLAB程序生成电流密度分布等值线图,采用400mm×400mm的印刷电路板作为电流密度测试区域,包含400个19mm×19mm的电流密度采集单元。实验研究了恒压负直流高压电源电压Uop=0~60kV时,RS芒刺线管径(D)、大齿弯曲半径(R)、芒刺齿数(n)、阴极线放置型式对伏安特性的影响,Uop=55kV时收尘极板上电流密度分布,以及Uop=40和55kV时各因素对收尘极板的电流平均密度及其标准差的影响。结果表明,增加D、增大R、增加n、减少芒刺与极板的间距均有利于提高阴极线的放电能力;收尘极板平均电流密度(ρwall_ave)随着R的增加呈线性增加,R=20mm时的(ρwall_ave)较R=10mm时提升36.4%,阳极板电流密度标准差随着R的增加呈线性减小,电流密度分布均匀性提高;斜45°放置的阴极线中心区向收尘极板一侧偏离。整体来说,增加电源运行电压,有利于提高收尘极板电流密度分布的均匀性。

Abstract:An experimental system for automatic and continuous measurement of the current density of the anode plate of the electrostatic precipitator is established.The current density distribution contour is generated by MATLAB program,and the 400mm×400mm printed circuit board is used as the current density test area,including 40019mm×19mm current density acquisition units.The experiment studies the influence of RS awn barbed line diameter D,big gear bending radius R,awl number n,cathode line placement type on volt-ampere characteristics when the constant voltage negative DC high voltage power supply at Uop=0~60kV,current density distribution on dust collector plate at Uop=55 kV,and the influence of various factors on current average density and standard deviation of dust collector plate at Uop=40 and 55 kV.The results show that increasing D,increasing R,increasing N and reducing the distance between the awn barbed and the polar plate can improve the discharge capacity of the cathode line.The average current density(ρwall_ave)of the dust collector plate increases linearly with the increase of R.,ρwall_ave is 36.4%at R=20 mm,higher than that when R=10 mm.The standard deviation of current density of anode plate decreases linearly with the increase of R,and the uniformity of current density distribution increases.The central area of cathode line placed at an angle of 45°deviates from one side of the dust collector plate.Generally speaking,increasing the operating voltage of power supply is conducive to improving the uniformity of current density distribution of the dust collector plate.
