锅炉水冷壁管的泄漏原因与防治措施

在火力发电厂中,锅炉"四管"泄漏是指省煤器泄漏、水冷壁泄漏、过热器泄漏、再热器泄漏。水冷壁泄漏是造成火力发电机组运行不可靠的因素之一,产生事故的原因除管材和焊接质外,主要是由于锅炉受热面积灰、结渣、高低温腐蚀、磨损及振动引起的。锅炉"四管"泄漏造成机组非计划停运占很大比例,严重影响了电厂运行的安全性和经济性,同时对电网的安全和调度也造成了严重的后果。因此,本文对锅炉水冷壁管泄漏的原因进行了分析,提出了水冷壁泄漏的相应防范措施,这些措施可以有效减少水冷壁泄漏事故的发生次数,延长了锅炉的使用寿命,提高了锅炉的安全性和经济性。

Cause of Leakage and Preventive Measures of Boiler Water Wall Pipe

In the thermal power plant,the“four pipes”leakage of boiler refers to the leakage of economizer,water wall,superheater and reheater.The leakage of water wall is one of the causes of unreliable operation of the thermal power unit.The cause of the accident is mainly caused by ash,slagging,high and low temperature corrosion,wear and vibration of the heating area of the boiler,in addition to the pipes and welding materials.The leakage of"four pipes"of boiler results in the unplanned outage of unit,which has a large proportion,seriously affects the safety and economy of power plant operation,and also has serious consequences for the safety and dispatching of power grid.It can be seen that the safety of boiler unit has a great impact on power production.Therefore,this paper analyzes the causes of water wall pipe leakage of boiler,and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures and countermeasures.These measures can effectively reduce the number of water wall leakage accidents,extend the service life of boiler,and improve the safety and economy of boiler.
