钢铁行业烧结烟气脱硝技术分析及对比 |

摘 要: | NOx是一种危害性极大的物质,大量的NOx可引发酸雨、化学烟雾等,不仅破坏环境,还会威胁人类的健康。目前,大型燃煤电厂已经全部完成烟气脱硝治理,作为非电行业中污染最严重的钢铁行业,烟气脱硝势在必行。主要叙述了中国钢铁行业烧结烟气脱硝技术,并对比了几种技术手段,重点对选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术进行了阐述,旨在对钢铁企业进行超低排放改造有所启发。

Abstract: | Nitrogen oxide is a very harmful substance.A large number of nitrogen oxides can cause acid rain,chemical smoke,etc.,which not only damage the environment,but also threaten human health.At present,large-scale coal-fired power plants have all completed flue gas denitration treatment.Iron and steel industry is the most serious pollution in non-electric industry,so flue gas denitration is imperative.This paper mainly described the denitration technology of sintering flue gas in China's iron and steel industry,and compared several technical means,focusing on the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration technology,in order to inspire the transformation of ultra-low emission in iron and steel enterprises. |
