顶板垮落型冲击地压防治技术研究

摘    要:以沁和能源集团南凹寺矿为研究对象,针对该矿急倾斜特厚煤层顶板垮落产生冲击地压的问题进行了分析研究,结合其发生机理,提出有效的监测预警方法及防治方案,并进行了实践应用。结果表明,在工作面采用超前顶板预裂爆破、巷帮煤岩体卸压爆破、煤层注水卸压等技术措施,有效消除了巷道内的冲击地压危险,保障了井下生产的安全进行。

Research on Prevention and Control Technology of Rockburst with Roof Caving

Abstract:Taking Nan'aosi Coal Mine of Qinhe Energy Group as the research object,this paper analyzed and studied the problem of rockburst caused by roof collapse of steep and extra thick coal seam in the mine,and put forward effective monitoring and early warning methods and prevention schemes combined with its occurrence mechanism,and carried out practical applica-tion.The results showed that after adopting the technical measures such as the pre-splitting blasting of the roof in advance,the pressure relief blasting of the coal and rock at the side of the roadway and the pressure relief of the coal seam water injection in the working face,the danger of the rock burst in the roadway was effectively eliminated and the safety of the underground produc-tion was guaranteed.
