煤矿断层防隔水煤柱留设宽度研究

摘    要:煤矿井下防隔水煤柱作为防止透水事故发生的设施,对确保煤矿井下的综采作业安全,保证综采作业的顺利进行具有十分重要的作用。现有的防隔水煤柱留设宽度在设计时过多地考虑了井下作业过程中防隔水煤柱受到的矿山矿压波动、综采扰动等因素影响,导致防隔水煤柱预设宽度偏小,极大地影响了井下综采作业效率和综采经济性。在综合考虑井下多种因素的基础上,提出了一种新的防隔水煤柱宽度设计方案。实际应用表明,优化后防隔水煤柱预留宽度比优化前增大了2.31倍,提升了井下综采作业效率和综采安全性,带给煤炭生产企业较好的经济效益。

Research on the Width of Waterproof Coal Pillar for Fault

Abstract:As a device to prevent the occurrence of water seepage accident,the waterproof coal pillar plays an important role in ensuring the safety of the fully mechanized mining operation and the smooth progress of the fully mechanized mining operation.In the design of the existing width of the waterproof coal pillar,too much consideration is given to the influence of mine pressure fluctuation,fully mechanized mining disturbance and other factors on the waterproof coal pillar in the process of underground operation,which leads to the small preset width of the waterproof coal pillar,greatly affects the underground fully mechanized mining operation efficiency and fully mechanized mining economy.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of various factors in the underground,this paper proposed a new design scheme of the width of the waterproof coal pillar.The practical application shows that the reserved width of the waterproof coal pillar after optimization is 2.31 times larger than that before optimization,which improves the efficiency and safety of underground fully mechanized mining operation and brings better economic benefits to coal production enterprises.
