正令2110综采工作面过断层技术的实践应用

摘    要:基于正令煤矿2110综采工作面在2110材料巷E11^#点前56 m处,巷道揭露一条正断层的情况,结合现场实际,通过调整施工工艺,采用滚筒截割强行通过技术安全、顺利地通过了落差2.85 m的断层。在认真分析了断层特征和煤机截割技术原理,详细阐述了锚网施工工艺和相关技术措施的实施情况后,表明采用科学的技术措施和合理的施工工艺,在正令煤矿2110工作面过断层时取得了较好的安全、经济效果。

Practical Application of Fault Passing Technology in 2110 Fully Mechanized Mining Face of Zhengling Coal Mine

Abstract:Based on the fact that a normal fault was exposed 56 m ahead of E11^#point of 2110 material roadway in 2110 fully mechanized mining face of Zhengling Coal Mine,combined with the actual situation of the site,through adjusting the construction technology,adopting the roller cutting force to pass through the fault with a drop of 2.85 m safely and smoothly.After carefully analyzing the characteristics of faults and the principle of coal cutting technology,and elaborating the implementation of anchor net construction technology and related technical measures,it showed that the adoption of scientific technical measures and reasonable construction technology had achieved better safety and economic results when passed through faults in the 2110 working face of Zhengling Coal Mine.
