| 摘 要： | 为了实现公司环保系统的信息化建设,分别对水处理集控系统的管理系统、控制系统进行了设计和搭建,实现了黄骅港水处理集控系统的自动化、智能化。其中,通过对黄骅港水处理集控系统的硬件搭建、控制系统PLC程序编写、HMI上位界面开发、HMI Web发布、接口程序开发、管理系统数据库搭建和管理系统平台开发等工作,建立了智慧环保水处理信息系统。通过水处理集控系统HMI上位界面、HMI Web发布、接口程序的设计开发与硬件设备改造、管理系统开发等共同为黄骅港水处理集控系统的自动化、智能化提供了解决方案,成为黄骅港智慧环保系统中重要的基础部分。

| Abstract: | In order to realize the informatization construction of the company's environmental protection system,the management system and control system of the water treatment centralized control system were designed and built respectively,and the automation and intelligence of the Huanghua Port water treatment centralized control system were realized.Through the constructing of control system hardware,PLC program and the HMI host interface development,HMI Web release,interface program development,management system database construction,management system platform development and other work,we created a smart water control information system.Among those works,the HMI host interface,HMI Web release,interface program design and development process in the water treatment centralized control system,and hardware equipment transformation,management system development,etc.The automation and intelligence of the port water treatment centralized control system provided a solution,which became an important basic part of the Huanghua Port smart environmental protection system. |
