摘    要:以非接触旋转连通ROTOSTAT为研究对象,建立了其简化的旋转对称环型密封缝隙数学模型,给出了合理的变粘度函数公式。对在不同工况下的缝隙中的粘度分布、压力分布进行了深入的理论分析和数值模拟,实验结果证明理论分析是正确的。

Abstract:Based on non-touched rotating connector ROTOSTST,a simple theoretical model of clearance and flowing properties were described,and the effect of viscosity and formulas of pressure were discussed.Results proved the effect of viscosity to flowing properties couldn't be neglected in the design of hydraulic components.
