| 摘 要： | 本发明提供一种金属表面镀覆光亮和高耐蚀性能的镀液和方法，镀液除含有镍盐和还原剂外．还含有C—P试剂、络合剂和其它试剂。镀覆时将试件经水洗、除油、浸蚀活化等预处理后，放入上述镀液中，在一定温度下化学镀0．5～6小时．并进行转化膜处理。其主要特征是镀液中不需加入任何光亮剂、整平剂、应力消除剂和润湿剂．就能从镀液中直接镀制出全光亮的非晶态合金层，在空气中长期放置，非晶态合金层能保持光亮性。另外，在酸性腐蚀介质中．非晶态合金层不仅大大能提高基体Q235钢的耐蚀性，而且其光亮度和耐蚀性达到并超过1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。镀液成本低，光亮度持久，不污染环境。
