我国民营企业人力资源管理的不足与对策

摘    要:我国民营企业的人力资源管理在发展过程中体现了许多优势。近年来,随着宏观环境的变化,人力资源管理体现出了许多新的特点,我国民营企业人力资源管理中的许多不足逐渐暴露出来。今后,如何发展和完善人力资源管理,使之能够发挥优势,紧跟时代步伐,是我国民营企业进一步发展的关键。本对此提出了一些不成熟的看法,供大家参考。

Abstract:Human resources management embodied mange advantages in the course ofdevelopment of Chinese private enterprise. In recent years, along with the variety of macro environment, human resources management appeared lots of new characteristics, lots of lack of human resources management in Chinese private enterprise gradually expose out. From now on, how to develop and perfect human resourcesmanagement, make it to develop the advantage and follow close behind the ages step, is the key of the further development of Chinese private enterprise. This text brings some non-mature viewpoints and provides everybody reference.
