摘    要:通过对 92 5 4钢非金属夹杂物含量的检验 ,发现该钢用水剂型研磨料抛光易产生腐蚀点 ,且易与非金属夹杂物混淆 ;使用酒精剂型研磨料抛光 ,可以避免此假象。

Abstract:By inspection to non metallic inclusion content in 9254 steel, it was found that corrosion spots are occurred in the case of polishing that water is used as a solvent of abrasive. These spots should be confused easily with non metallic inclusion. The test results show that false appearance can be avoided in the case that alcohol used as a solvent of abrasive.
