| 摘 要： | 搞好矿井瓦斯灭害的防治工作,一方面要提高每个干部职工对瓦斯的认识,特别是对瓦斯危害性的认识。另一方面要建好四道防线:第一道防线即加强通风管理;第二道防线即加强防火管理;第三道防线即加强监测监控管理;第四道防线即建设一支思想素质好的瓦检队伍。

| Abstract: | Does well the damp disaster the preventing and controlling work,on the one hand must enhance each cadre staff to the gas understanding,specially to gas hazardous undentanding.on the other hand must construct four defense lines:the defense line,strengthens the ventilates management;the second defense line,strengthens the fire protection management;the third defense line,strengthens the monitoring management;the fourth defense line,constructs a thought quality good tile to examine the troop. |
