摘    要:介绍了桥式起重机以及其结构,提出了设计桥式起重机控制系统的基本要求,重点分析了升降机构中溜钩现象,利用PLC和变频器作为控制和驱动核心解决了溜钩现象的发生。最后给出了PLC控制系统的硬件组成和软件基本设计方案。

Abstract:This paper introduces the large quayside container loader and its structure,and puts forward the basic requirements of the design crane control system,focusing on analysis of body movements slipped hook phenomenon,the use of PLC and inverter as a control and drive the core solution to the slide hook phenomenon.Finally give the PLC control system for the basic hardware and software design.
