| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种在线检测瓷砖厚度的方法,利用CCD传感技术进行瓷砖厚度数据的采集,经二值化处理后送入微机进行数据处理得出瓷砖厚度并评定其等级,可输出分选控制信号供后续电路使用。此技术具有快速、高效、精度高的特点。

| Abstract: | This article introduces one kind of method of the online thickness detection of ceramic tile,it gathers the data of ceramic tile thickness using the CCD sensor technology.After two values processing,the data are sent to the microcomputer which obtain the thickness of the ceramic tile and evaluate the rank though executing the data processing,and more it may output the controlling signal of chooses.The technology has many characteristics,such as,fast,high efficiency,and high precision. |
