转谷氨酰胺酶产生菌的筛选和鉴定

摘    要:主要介绍了转谷氨酰胺酶产生的菌的筛选以及菌种的鉴定。用稀释涂布方法进行初筛以期得到链轮丝菌,再通过N-苄酯基-L-谷氨酰甘氨酸比色法确定此菌是否产转谷氨酰胺酶。然后根据其在不同培养基上的培养特征以及生理生化特征来进行产酶菌的菌种鉴定。

Abstract:Detailed discussion is made on the isolation and identification of transglutaminase|producing microorganism. The diluted plate method is used to screen streptoverticillium(STV) from soil and the colormetric hydroxamate procedure with N carboben zoxy L glutaminyl ghycine is adopted to measure the enzyme activity and ensure the streptoverticillium to produce transglutaminase. The transglutaminase|producing microorganism is identified as a type of STV according to its culture characteristics and physiological and biochemical properties in different mediums.
