纳米氧化锌在棉织物功能整理中的应用

摘    要:研究了纳米氧化锌与水溶性聚氨酯配制的棉织物功能整理剂对棉织物的抗皱、抗紫外及抗菌作用。结果表明:以纳米氧化锌作为催化剂,水溶性聚氨酯整理后的棉织物回复角提高,抗皱性改善,且有较好的强力及白度保持率,整理后的棉织物具有一定的抗紫外和抗菌性。

Abstract:The anti-crease finish, anti-UV radiation finish and antibiosis finish of cotton fabric by using nano-ZnO and water-soluble polyurethane as functional auxiliary are researched in this paper. It is shown that the wrinkle recovery angle of the finished cotton fabric is increased and the anti-crease property is improved as well as other properties such as retentivity of whiteness and breaking strength are good. The finished cotton fabric also shows anti-UV radiation and anti-bacterium properties.
