摘    要:研究了一种基于工况划分的火电机组运行优化规则提取方法。根据机组外部干扰量,对机组的工况进行划分,将每个工况划分到相似的工况簇中;利用历史/实时数据库,采用数据挖掘算法,根据稳定性、经济性、环保性等性能指标,找出机组相似运行工况下各重要参数的最优设定值。最终通过数据积累,建立机组在不同的干扰量下,机组各可调量设定值与机组运行性能之间的非线性稳态模型,并给出火电机组运行优化规则提取方法。实例验证了文中所述方法的有效性,并给出了运行优化实时操作指导的具体实现形式。

Abstract:A rule extracted method of generator unit operation optimization based on classification of operation condition is introduced in this paper.The data mining algorithms is applied to analyze the history data stored in real/history database of power plant.The stability index,economic index,and environmental index then are constructed to evaluate the performance of current operation condition.Through the comparison analysis of the similar operation condition composition,the best operation parameters and operation mode then can be deduced.Through the data accumulation, the non - linear static model between the unit operation performance index and the unit input parameters then is drawn within the different operation condition.This method is illustrated by a practical operation optimization project, which show the realized scheme of the operation director simultaneously.
